Confirmed & Probable School-Associated Cases

“School Associated Case” means a case of probable or confirmed COVID-19 identified by the Lapeer County Health Department among students, teachers, staff members, coaches, volunteers, or any other person who was present on school property or at a school function under circumstances that may result in the transmission or contraction of COVID-19 during their infectious period.

At Mid-Year, all students will achieve their Reading mid-year individualized projected growth RIT score as calculated by NWEA-MAP assessment or score above the average mid-year RIT score for their grade level.

At Mid-Year, all students will achieve their Reading mid-year individualized projected growth RIT score as calculated by NWEA-MAP assessment or score above the average mid-year RIT score for their grade level.

 

End of Year Reading Goal

At the End-of-Year, all students will achieve their Reading end-of-year individualized projected growth RIT score as calculated by NWEA-MAP assessment or score above the average end-of-year RIT score for their grade level.

 

End of Year Math Goal

At the End-of-Year, all students will achieve their Math end-of-year individualized projected growth RIT score as calculated by NWEA-MAP assessment or score above the average end-of-year RIT score for their grade level.

 All students will achieve positive growth on   NWEA-MAP assessment for Reading/ELA by   January 2021 as measured by NWEA-MAP.

82% of Chatfield students achieved positive growth in Reading/ELA from September 2020 to January 2021 as measured by NWEA/MAP assessment.

Mid-Year Goal 2

 All students will achieve positive growth on   NWEA-MAP assessment for Mathematics by   January 2021 as measured by NWEA-MAP.

94% of Chatfield students achieved positive growth in Mathematics from September 2020 to January 2021 as measured by NWEA/MAP assessment.

End of Year Goal 1

All students will achieve a year’s growth on  NWEA-MAP assessment for Reading/ELA or  perform above grade level by the end of the school year as measured by NWEA-MAP.

80% of Chatfield students achieved a year's growth or performed above grade level by the end of the school year as measured by the NWEA-MAP for Reading/ELA.
