Volunteer Opportunities

Here are just a few examples of ways to help that involve investing just a couple of hours of your time or a minimal donation of goods/supplies...

Office Help:

-Work one hour in the school office on Monday's from approx 1:00pm to 2:00pm to help Mrs. Slaten with preparing the "Chat".  Involves making copies, counting them out and distributing the copies in the assistant's boxes.  Interested?!? email

-Work one hour in the school office as you are available to help with a specific topic arranged with Mrs. Slaten.

 

Chatfield Holiday Bazaar November 19, 2011

• -Make posters or signs
• -Help with table set-up or clean-up
• -Assist crafters with unloading/loading their vehicles
• -Distribute fliers
• -Install/collect signage posted in the community
• -Help in arranging advertising in the local publications

Are you a crafter, or do you know a crafter that might want to rent a table in the Holiday Bazaar? email

 Holiday Shoppe December 14, 15, and 16, 2011:

• Stocking Tables
• Helping Children with shopping
• Working cash register
• Putting inventory away
• Refreshments

Book Fair Dance, December 2:

• -Food Set-up/Clean-up
• -Help serve pizza and drinks
