Medications Information

Please review the information in the link below.  Page two must be completed and returned to the school in order for a child to be given or to take any medication while at school. Students are not allowed to self-administer medication unless there is a order signed by a doctor indicating that the child must have a particular medication for an emergency application (for example, an inhaler). Page three is not required, but recommended so that office staff fully understand a child's medication routine.
