How To Enroll

Parents interested in enrolling their child/ren at Chatfield School must first complete a registration form.  The registration step provides for having your child on the Registration List that is used each April for the random drawing from among all registered students.  Students are then assigned a Waiting List Number.  The vacancies that may exist are filled based on the Waiting List Number.  To complete a Registration 1)either print the form from the website link below and mail it to the school, or 2) you may call the school and a form will be sent to you.
