All classes taught by Sandy Chalice RYT - 10 years teaching to children and adults. Over 500 hours of teacher trainings. Sandy's goal in teaching yoga is to integrate the power and wisdom of yoga into the individuals every day life.

SUMMER YOGA 2012
MOTHER & DAUGHTER YOGA Ages- Entering first grade and up - Tuesdays beginning 6/19 - 8/21, no class 7/3 or 7/10
A great time to honor the bond between Mothers and Daughters / All levels of strength and flexiblilty
TIME - 6:45 -7:45 PM
LOCATION - Chatfield Middle School Commons
FEES- Drop in- $8.00 per mother/daughter, $2.00 per additional child , $12.00 MAXIMUM drop in fee per family
Paid in advance $50 for 8 weeks, $1 per additional child, $16.00 additional Maximum per family
FAMILY YOGA - All family members ages 3 and up - 6 weeks beginning June 16 every other Saturday through August 25th
Honoring all levels of flexibility. The only requirement is desire to spend time with family members and ability to breath.
TIME-10:45- 11:45 a.m.

ADULT YOGA 101 New for summer, end the work day in a relaxing way. Learn the basics of yoga. Suitable for all levels.
Date - Tuesdays beginning 6/18
Time - 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

ADULT CLASSES
Ongoing Classes:
Monday *- Modified Ashtanga ( a little more aerobic and faster paced class, same sequence each class) 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM. *Note! This class currently being held in the Willows Building directly behind the Chatfield School. ( This class will be moving back to Middle School Commons area soon. Check back for exact date early summer.
Monday *- Modified Ashtanga time 6:30 -7:15p.m. will be changing to Walking Meditation and Elements of Ashtanga for 10 weeks of summer beginning 6/18 -8/20 2012
Walking Meditation and Elements of Ashtanga will consist of learning the practice of walking meditation on the Prairies and Ponds trails, approx. the first 25- 30 minutes of class, the remainder of class will focus on the 8 limbs of Ashtanga and the physical elements of the Ashtanga practice.
Wednesday - Moderate Mix 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. - modifications for all levels
Saturday - Basic Hatha Yoga 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. Gentle to Moderate
FEES
$7:00 per class, drop in, first class is free or donation.
$25.00 8 classes in 4 weeks.
$40.00 8 classes in 8 weeks
$30.00 5 classes, no expiration.
Payment can be made before or after class.
