Apple Cider Economics...
Students produced delicious apple cider while participating in an economic discussion regarding factors
of production, entrepreneurship, profit, scarcity, producer and consumer. Students identified what natural
resources, capital equipment, and human resources are needed to produce apple cider. They celebrated
their hard work by enjoying a sweet and satisfying cup of cider.

Introducing our Class Constitution...

Students worked together to develop a constitution that consists of behaviors they prefer to
see and hear in our living space (classroom). Behaviors they would like to see and hear are found
on or connected to our living space, the house boat. Behaviors they do not want to see or hear are
found outside of our living space. Students created symbols to represent each of the behaviors.
