This is my third year teaching 7th grade at Chatfield, and I am incredibly excited to be here! In addition to teaching 7th grade, I also teach the explorations class of A World in Motion I and A World in Motion II. These classes study the world of aviation and engineering. I also supervise students creating Chatfield's yearbook. Before teaching at Chatfield, I taught science and ELA for 2 years in Pontiac.

I earned my B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University in 2004. I am also pursuing a Masters in Education degree from SVSU.

I enjoy horseback riding, reading, cooking, and running my dog. I have two Quarter Horses and a lab.

Plan to join us in the Prairies and Ponds Poltergeist Pursuit 5k Walk/Run on Saturday, October 30th as a fundraiser for the 7th & 8th grade field study.
